Analytics privacy

The published SmolBox blog uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, referring sites, and page performance.

What is measured

The beacon measures page views and browser performance. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to track people across sites. It does not log URL query strings or support custom events. We do not send article copy actions or code snippets as analytics events.

This blog shares the hfiguera.github.io hostname with the Obscura blog. Their traffic uses the same analytics property and can be separated by page path. These measurements do not establish whether a reader installed or used the library.

Your browser

The script loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends measurements to cloudflareinsights.com. Blocking it does not affect reading, navigation, or code examples. Local previews have analytics disabled unless explicitly enabled for verification.
